Yes! Our Spa beds arrive securely packaged in a reinforced shipping crate. The bed is carefully wrapped and protected inside to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. You’ll just need a helping hand to bring it into your space once it arrives!

Depending on your location, some import fees may apply. However, if you’re located in the USA or Canada, all duties are covered in our flat shipping fee. We strive to cover costs whenever possible within the flat rate of $499 and negotiate reduced rates when available. Our fee includes Shipping freight, customs clearance fee & truck delivery fee from port to door.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, improper maintenance, or abuse of the spa bed.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.
• Damage caused by pets, children, or external factors like sunlight fading.

Note: Manual repair attempts or unauthorized changes that result in damage are not covered. Discoloration caused by client clothing or products (like hair dye) is also excluded.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims:
For the first year, we cover all shipping costs for warranty claims, including replacement parts. After the first year, shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Our delivery service is door-to-door, meaning your lash bed will be dropped off at the entrance of your salon or home. Please note that drivers are unable to move furniture into rooms, carry items up staircases, use small elevators, or unpack and dispose of packaging. The package weighs approximately 150 lbs, so we recommend having someone available to assist with bringing it inside. Ensure someone is present at the time of delivery to sign for it.

We understand that things can change, so here’s our return policy:

• Within 24 Hours: You’ll receive a full refund.
• Within 1 Week: A full refund minus a 25% administrative fee.
• Within 1-2 Weeks: A full refund minus a 50% administrative fee.
• 3+ Weeks: No refunds can be given due to the costs of materials, labor, and processing.
